At MORVEIL, we are committed to engineering absolute structural quality. Because every garment is manufactured, printed, or embroidered specifically upon your request, we operate under a refined framework that aligns with European Union consumer protection laws while maintaining our premium production standards.

## 1. 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU LAW)
In accordance with European Union compliance regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) received your package.
To be eligible for a standard return under this right:
• The garment must be completely unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• All original MORVEIL tags and packaging must be intact.
• The item must show zero signs of cosmetic use, odors, or damage.
*Note: The customer is responsible for covering the direct shipping costs for returning the item to our fulfillment facilities.*

## 2. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS
Our five-member collective enforces rigorous structural quality checks. However, if an item bypasses our controls and arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or severe damage from transit, we will take full responsibility.
• **Reporting Window:** You must report any defect within 14 days of delivery.
• **Process:** Send an email to morveil.eu@gmail.com with your order number and clear, high-resolution photographs showing the structural issue or misprint.
• **Resolution:** Once confirmed, we will arrange a brand-new replacement garment to be produced and shipped to you immediately at 100% our expense, or issue a full financial refund if preferred.

## 3. WRONG SIZE EXCHANGES
Because MORVEIL garments are engineered on-demand to eliminate industrial fashion waste, we highly encourage all clients to review our official Size Charts carefully before completing a purchase.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, please contact us at morveil.eu@gmail.com. Since we do not maintain massive physical inventories, exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, and you will be required to return the original item at your expense before a new size variant can be authorized for production.

## 4. REFUND PROCESSING TIMES
Once your returned package is received and inspected at our warehouse facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• **Approved Refunds:** The funds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.).
• **Timeline:** Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the financial institutions to reflect the credit on your bank statement.
